ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or stock errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a refund.
PRODUCTS
We aim to display our products, colours and details as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Product availability and prices may change without notice.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order products are charged at the time of purchase and dispatched once stock becomes available.
If a pre-order has not been dispatched within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier, customs or other delays outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Items must be returned in the required condition. Damage caused by wear, misuse or failure to follow the provided care instructions may affect your eligibility for a refund.

All DSP branding, designs, graphics, photographs, logos and website content belong to DSP or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its security or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, DSP is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
